Return & Refund Policy

Standard Returns

Cairo Trading will gladly accept the return of new, unused, and undamaged merchandise within 14 days from the delivery date.

All returns must include the original, undamaged packaging along with all original documents and accessories, including:

        Instruction manuals

        Warranty cards

        Hangtags and spare links (where applicable)

        Plastic protectors and any included accessories

        Original purchase invoice

 

How to Return

Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to the following service center, along with the original purchase invoice and warranty card, for a return and full refund to be processed:

Refund Processing

Once your return is received by the service center and inspected (typically within 3 to 5 business days of receipt), your refund will be processed by Cairo Trading. A credit will be automatically issued to your original form of payment within 7 business days. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2 to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your account.

Please note: The original shipping fee incurred by Cairo Trading will be deducted from the refunded amount on orders that were delivered via standard shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team no later than 5 business days from the date of delivery. If the outer packaging is extensively damaged upon arrival, please retain all packaging and contact us immediately via:

Our team may request photos of the packaging to process a damage claim with the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Packages returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to an additional reshipping fee. This applies even if the original order qualified for free shipping. If the package is returned and the customer does not contact us, the order will be refunded to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

        Opened WAHL personal care products

        Items returned after the 14-day return window

        Products missing original packaging, accessories, or documents

        Items purchased under a final sale or clearance promotion

Warranty

All CASIO and WAHL products carry the official manufacturer warranty. As the sole authorized distributor, Cairo Trading handles all warranty claims. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover physical damage, water damage (unless specified), or repairs carried out by unauthorized parties.
